Options for cross-border access

VPNOPT is a network acceleration subscription for AI tools, streaming, remote work and cross-border commerce. OPT stands for Optimal Option: before choosing a route, consider the service you need to access, the destination region and your device, then decide which connection method fits—not just the region name or a single speed test.

The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use, while data plans offer on-demand flexibility and never expire. Data allowances and device rules are listed separately to help you choose what fits your needs. See current prices on the plans page.

Route Selection & Troubleshooting

Choose routes based on the destination region, route type and actual connection performance. IEPL, relay and direct connections use different paths; no single type is best in every network environment. Third-party services’ regional policies, account status and access rules can also affect results, so VPNOPT does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific platform.

If you have connection issues, first check your plan status, subscription updates and client settings, then try another route. For help, open a ticket from the support page and include your device platform, route name, error message and the circumstances. Do not share your password or full subscription link. The refund policy offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund.

No Logs & Minimal Data Collection

VPNOPT follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service operations follow a data-minimization principle. No email address is required to get started; a username and password are all you need. When submitting a support ticket, share only information relevant to the issue and redact sensitive details from screenshots. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details on data handling and account use.
