What to Include in a Support Request
Describe what happened first, then provide details about the environment. Specific information helps support distinguish between local settings, route issues, and account status.
Connection & Access Issues
Include your platform, the error shown by the client, the selected region and route type, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether the client cannot connect or a particular website is inaccessible after connecting. If switching routes or local networks changes the behavior, mention that too.
Subscription & Data Usage
Include the plan name and data status shown in the user panel, along with what you see in the client. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. If the panel and client show different information, attach a screenshot with sensitive details obscured.
Payment & Refunds
Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If your payment status has not updated, provide the order ID from the user panel, payment method, and approximate payment time so it can be checked. VPNOPT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, state your request and the relevant order in a ticket.
Do not expose passwords, full subscription links, sensitive payment details, or other account credentials in ticket screenshots. These details are usually not needed to describe an error.
